US – American specialized distributor and solution provider Envoy Solutions has completed the acquisition of US-based packaging distributor Delta Packaging & Supply for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Flowood, Mississippi, Delta Packaging & Supply offers flexible packaging materials, equipment and solutions to a diverse range of industries.
The company provides industrial packaging products, custom poly bags and film, tapes, strapping, machines and others in partnership with manufacturers.
With an experience of 35 years, the company’s packaging solutions have provided cost savings for its customers throughout the US.
The acquisition will expand Envoy Solutions’ presence in the US, particularly in the Southeast region, where it has a ‘strong and growing’ presence in the packaging sector.
It will also give Delta Packaging & Supply access to Envoy Solutions’ resources and nationwide operations, as well as allow the company to continue its customer service efforts at a local level.

Based in Glenview, Illinois, Envoy Solutions provides solutions for the janitorial, foodservice, packaging and marketing execution sectors.
Meanwhile, early last month, Envoy Solutions acquired Pennsylvania-based packaging firm United Packaging.
United Packaging serves industry, healthcare, education, food processing, building management, hospitality, and government clients throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania, the southern tier of New York, and northwestern New Jersey.
The acquisition was intended to boost Envoy Solutions’ packaging capabilities and expand its geographical presence in the US’ Northeast region.
